Denis Okiror (30) began using solar lights at his barbershop in Kayunga, Uganda in 2013. He says most of his customers prefer to visit him in the evening. Uganda has one of the lowest electrification rates in Africa. According to the World Bank, 35.9% of Ugandans in rural areas have access to electricity.
